In Union Town
We passed through Selma yesterday and ended in Union Town. Today, we scraped at the historic post office as part of the beautification project in the community. Later this afternoon we will walk to Gallion Baptist Church. All are doing well-just dealing with heat rash, a few blisters, and the blazing sun. It is well worth it. Thank you for your prayers! Lisa, I did not realize until I read your note this a.m. that Denise’s last name was Merrill…my maiden name is Merrell….Our prayer is for a good host this evening for you all because we know you have had a very hard day & pray for a good night’s rest for each of you!
